The broad, shiny leaves of A. timplowmanii appear as if they've just been stretched by a pastry artist from dough or modeling chocolate, each with an extended tip that tapers away into infinity. Native primarily to Ecuador, this species loves warmth and humidity, and will grow well for you, given those basic requirements.

Please note that all plants are carefully packaged and shipped in excellent condition from our nursery. Please inspect your package on arrival for an indication of damage. If the package has external or internal damage, take photos that clearly show the damage, including the condition of the plant(s). You will then need to contact the carrier (usually USPS) to file a claim. Any damage is the responsibility of the delivery carrier. We provide detailed care instructions with every order and are available by phone, email, and messenger to answer any questions that arise. Because we have no control over the care received once plants are in the customer's hands, we are unable to take responsiblity for their survival, but we have every reason to expect that following our care advice will result in success!
