This decidedly different incarnation of the well-loved Monstera has leaves of thin, swirling blades that give the appearance of a flame.  It's a quick grower, and easy to maintain with the typical Aroid conditions of bright, indirect light (never full sun), humidity, warmth, and consistent moisture.
