Hoya carnosa is a mainstay of the Hoya clan, and has produced many interesting variants over the years it's been cultivated.  'Freckled Splash' is a really pretty plant with large, teardrop-shaped leaves generously dappled with creamy white variegation.  This Hoya is easy to grow and readily vines or trails.
