Staghorn Ferns are amazing plants--they grow naturally on tree trunks and other surfaces, anchored by a massive "shield frond" that serves as a base for the deep green, velvety "antlers."  These are well-established plants on cedar or cork bark.  Hang in a spot that gets indirect light and water by dousing in the sink, dipping in a bucket, or lightly spraying with the hose once or twice a week.
