Variegated String of Hearts (Ceropegia woodii)

The almost "quilted" look of this bright little succulent's heart-shaped leaves is cheerful and homey.  Combined with the amethyst-colored undersides of the leaves, it makes quite a charming display, encouraging the visitor to home or greenhouse to lean in for a closer look at all its intricate detail!
