Echeveria 'Perle von Nürnberg'

The 'Pearl of Nuremberg' features purple-gray leaves with substantial wax, giving its pink-and-purple undertones an irridescent sheen.  This hybrid of E. gibbiflora 'Metallica' x E. elegans is a beloved standby in the Echeveria lover's collection, and won the Royal Horticulture Society's Award of Garden Merit
'Perle von Nurnberg' (Echeveria gibbiflora 'Metallica' × E. elegans) (Graessner): An old, classic hybrid that is well-loved for its pearlescent pink and purple tones that can shade to blue-green. Its leaves have an elegant curve to them and a coating of farina gives them a soft sheen. This cultivar earned the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.  'Perle' doesn't produce many offsets, but can easily be reproduced from leaf cuttings.
