First things first:  "YOH-pee-eye" (that's how you pronounce it!)  This wild-looking hybrid, thought to be the result of a natural cross between P. bipennifolium and P. pedatum, is an amazing example of the diversity of the Philodendron genus!  With each successive leaf growing larger and larger, the deeply-incised foliage creates a very tropical effect.  Only discovered in 1991, this is one of the newest Philodendrons in cultivation and still relatively uncommon in the marketplace.
