String of Teardrops (Curio (Senecio) herreanus

Closely related to the String of Pearls is this cute little plant with teardrop-shaped succulent leaves.  Easy to grow with simple care, just don't overwater, especially during the shorter days of fall and winter, and give it plenty of bright light for best results.
