This compact little Hoya hybrid is beloved for its beautiful foliage as well as its sweetly scented butter-yellow blossoms with bright orange-red "eyes", some of the best-smelling in the genus! 'Mathilde' has typical hybrid vigor, growing steadily and enjoying the usual Hoya conditions of bright, indirect light and deep watering with enough interval between for the soil to dry slightly.
