IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE
Due to the winter weather system currently affecting most of the South, many roads in our area of Western NC
are impassible, and temperatures are expected to fall into the single digits over the next day or two.
As a result, all active orders are being held, and will be shipped in a few days when the weather improves.
New orders placed now will ship as soon as temperatures and conditions allow.
As always, we time our shipments to avoid weekend holdovers and other potential delays,
and heat packs are included free of charge on all orders when needed.
